I found Jason's approach to personal training and rehabilitation exceptional - his professional manner and depth of experience and his personable approach to tailor a programme to my individual needs really stand out.  Having seen first hand how he helped rehabilitate my wife's knee to full recovery after an ACL operation I knew he could help me with a shoulder injury I had.  I had pain in my right shoulder and referred pain over few months down my right arm due to poor posture, having been largely desk bound in a city based job for most of my career and done a lot of cycling over the years.  Jason assessed the problem and taught me several exercises to get my shoulder muscles moving, correcting my alignment and strengthening my overall upper body. After a few weeks of sessions the pain was completely gone & I'd learnt a number of exercises and routines that I can carry on myself in future.  Having been a sceptic of personal trainers in the past (I've done a lot of outdoor sports, numerous marathons and multi sport events - I'd consider myself pretty self motivated), I'm fully convinced I would not have had nearly the same results nor the correct technique and tools that I can continue to maintain my overall health and flexibility without Jason's help. If you're looking for a personal trainer that gets results, pushes your limits, is fun to train with and learn from his vast expertise and problem solving ability, then I couldn't recommend Jason Corrie and his credentials more highly - he's your man, second to none!

I have been training with Jason for 5 years and can honestly say that he pushes me to levels that I did not think possible. From helping with painful muscles and joints to hellish training sessions he really does now how to get the best out of the human body. He has made me ache in places that I did not know existed but if you are serious about improving your fitness I would recommend Jason 100%.

Jason has been training me for over 7 years beginning just after my second pregnancy and throughout my third pregnancy which involved a C section.  During this time, as an active person, I also suffered from a lot of sporting injuries. His holistic approach to fitness and health is far more effective than just popping to the gym once a week.  His motivation is to understand what makes each of his clients tick.  Different strategies work for different people , whether it is a continuation of weight loss, or training for a specific event or recovering from an injury he will create personalised programmers to work with all of these objectives. I was told by a new specialist after one particular skiing accident about 4 years ago I would not be able to run seriously on my knee again without considering surgery.  Jason's knowledge of functional training has been invaluable in rehabilitating my knee.  I now have strong knees which have withstood several triathlons and which enable me to compete in 10Ks.  His knowledge of diet is extremely useful and his non nonsense approach will generally ensure you get results.

I have worked with Jason now for over 18 months, and knew him from Holmes Place prior to that.
I have to say the first person who has ever worked so amazingly well with my injuries, strength imbalance and years of running issues.
We have had fantastic results with the strength training, all focused, challenging and fun!!
I have achieved amazing results, it has resulted in a huge success in my Triathlon results, winning age group qualification, enormous ability to train harder and smarter, and much shorter re-hab form a major shoulder operation.
Jason is so brilliantly up to date within his work, and hugely passionate about it.

I have been training with Jason for over 5 years.  I was introduced to Jason by another trainer.  It didn't take me long to realise that previously I had been wasting my time and money.​

I can honestly say my weekly one hour session with Jason is the worst hour of my week!  Having said that it is the most beneficial in terms of results - he works you so hard to the point where you think you can take no more - but believe me the results (in conjunction with his diet tips) are worth the pain and agony!
